Hi,
I think you will find that you have to keep the title and text box on
the master, but you can change the slides by simply clicking on a new
slide design to change it.
The other elements (date,footer,slide #) can be turned off if you go
to View -> Master > Master Elements and uncheck the boxes that you want.
