Hi Have just downloaded your open office progam, all installed OK. But when i try and open any of my Microsoft Works (wps) documents I get an error message on the screen saying 'general input/output error' and the document fails to open?
I am not that comuter literate so any advice or help, please take it slowly with me! Thanks Alex Kitney
