Hi Ivan

The development version (3.0 beta) is very immature and so this feature
has been disabled. You should not be using it for "production" work.
There is an extensive discussion at:

http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=88051

I suggest using 2.4 (or 2.4.1 which will be out soon) until a stable
version of 3.0 is available.

Of course for testing, 3.0 needs to be used and bugs reported.
