Hello Giuseppe,
I would say change the extension of the file to zip, then double
click on it (presuming you have some un-zip program on your
computer). The contents of the (zip) file will then be available in a
folder with the same name. does this help?
If the OS is Windows there is no need to rename the file. Right-clicking
on the file name and then selecting "Open with WinZip" is all that is
required. WinZip is smart enough to recognise the content as "zipped".
