Provided no one includes South Africa in the description of "rogue state" say whatever you like. Although, and I know we are totally off topic, with the xenophobic violence (black on black, lest the world think it's got anything to do with apartheid) we could also be considered as a "rogue state", except that SA is nothing like Zimbabwe, thank goodness. We have rogue politicians, yes, but where in the world are politicians not rogues?
