Thanks.  I posted to the private group a few days ago with the 
relevant evidence. The guy in question couldn't even be bothered to 
reply, much less say why he thought the other site was official. 
Anyway, hopefully I'll have saved a few others some money.... that 
thought makes it all seem more worthwhile somehow :-)
