Okay, here is the error:
Invalid field count in CSV input on line 1381.
Using:
MySQL - 5.0.45
I look at my file and there is no difference in the records surrounding
this line and the actual line given in the error.

LOL MySQL disagrees with you..LOL.
Try downloading this tool and running the file through it and see what
it thinks line 13...whatever looks like.
