Well I would say "follow the instructions at the foot of the emails you get". But yours (above in full) doesn't have them... the list software behaves in some strange ways at times. However, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] - you'll get a confirmation message to which you must reply, and then you /should/ be unsubscribed.
