[users] spellchecking-selection GUI mockup

Hi

Writing in multiple languages and still getting sensible results is not 
easy. I therefore took the liberty to create a mockup of what users 
might expect from spellchecking in multiple languages.
As for the implementation or practicality, I have no clue. I just wanted 
to send in a suggestion... (image attached)
