I have installed OpenOffice.org 2.4 on my macbook (Intel) running 10.5.3 and have X11 2.2.2 installed. Whenever I attempt to launch OpenOffice I get the message "Command Timed Out" after about 30-40 sec of clicking on the launch icon. Has anyone experienced this and know a workaround or fix?
Sadly, i had hoped that 2.2.2 would fix this. For the time being, it's just something we have to live with. You should be able to just close that requester and begin working in OpenOffice.
