This is covered in the OpenOffice help, but anyway click on Tools >
Options > OpenOffice.org > Online Update and make your selection.
In my version (2.4.1) there is no Online Update option after Tools >
Options >OpenOffice.org.
Which version of OpenOffice are you running. If a Linux version,
updates may be available by other means.
