First, that is a rather old version.

Second, this is a user group with no connection to open office other than as 
fellow users.

Third, it is indeed free, zero cost, no license prevents you from making copies 
and passing it on, and that is in fact encouraged.  Point your browser at 
<http://www.openoffice.org> and download your own copy of the real thing.

Fourth, have your card people reject the charge.  What these folks 'selling' 
openoffice are doing, while not illegal, certainly isn't kosher.  If the 
username and password are invalid, its clear that they have no intention of 
furnishing anything of additional value for your money.  Dispute the charge 
forthwith.
