They show their ignorance too. "Britishcenter"?! > [EMAIL PROTECTED] Are they using it for a spam relay? It's spam alright - I've started getting it sent straight from their mail relay (forgive the wrap!): Jul 8 16:52:38 data spamd[799]: mail4.easycgi.com(66.245.177.163): Subject: =?windows- 1256?B?Rlc6IM/I7SAtIN/mx+HH4ePI5tEgLSDH4d7H5dHJIC0g4eTP5CAtIMjH?= Jul 8 16:52:38 data spamd[799]: mail4.easycgi.com(66.245.177.163): To: "Britsh Center" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Jul 8 16:52:38 data spamd[799]: mail4.easycgi.com(66.245.177.163): From: "Britsh Center" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Jul 8 16:52:36 data spamd[799]: (GREY) mail4.easycgi.com(66.245.177.163): <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> easycgi gets to talk to my honeypot, for all the good that does. They're NY-based according to whois. Stuff from the OOo mail server I just refuse to accept, which will cause minor hiccups there I'm afraid until these guys are expunged - they've obviously subscribed, so it's a deliberate misuse of the list. Anyone else getting it direct? I did wonder if they were picking addresses of posters off list submissions. I've just posted a complaint to easycgi. Any reply will go in the honeypot though........ :-) -- Permission for this mail to be processed by any third party in connection with marketing or advertising purposes is hereby explicitly denied. http://www.scottsonline.org.uk lists incoming sites blocked because of spam [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mike Scott, Harlow, Essex, England --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
