If you're using Firefox, go to Tools->Downloads and double-click on the installer. If you're using Internet Explorer, go to any web page, right-click on a link and select Save Target As... and this should show you where the default download location for files is. Usually this is your "My Documents" location. You can then run Explorer and and find this location, the installer should be there.
