I'm currently using openSUSE 10.2 & 11.0 on different computers. And I have OOo
files going back to 9.x.
I'm able to open and edit them all.
What may be your problem is a recent change in macros, Novell added a
basic interpreter to use as a macro language system. It, presumable,
makes it more compatable with MS Office, but I don't need that.
I don't currenly have any Writer files with macros. I would assume that
the origional java macro stuff still exists.
