Whenever I load a document into Openoffice 3.0 beta, the spell

yet. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Terry
The spellcheck installation has changed significantly for the 3.x series.
What language are you checking in, and what dictionaries are shown in
Tools-Options-Language Settings-Languages? You are aware that there should
be an "ABC" next to the language name when a dictionary is installed? Does
the language setting of your text match the above?
One can "fudge" the dictionary installation by using the DicOOo.sxw from
earlier versions if you need to add a dictionary, but it may be
overwritten in upgrades, which is the main reason for the change to using
extensions, I understand.
