Sorry to say that the best answer to your question is - none at this time.
A book did recently come out, but this work is quite focused on the
scripting capabilities for Base using OOBasic.
It sounds like you are looking for a more GUI oriented text. There is a
work in progress, not a full book, but a rather long tutorial. You can
expect to hear something about it's availability in the next one or two
weeks I believe.
