Hi My name is John Grech and I am from Malta. I have been using openoffice for
a long time now and found it to be quite good, especially the spreadsheet as
that is what I use most.
A few days ago I had a bit of a problem, I saved some spreadsheet files on
a C.D. as I needed to format my hard disk (It's not the first time that I saved
files in fact I do it very often) and when I tried to open them a window with
the message " ASCII FILTER OPTIONS" came up, and when I clicked OK the file
opened by openoffice.org writer not calc.
Do you think all my data in those files has been lost? Can I send you a copy of
my files so that you can check it?
