If you are uisng the latest OOo Beta the most simple thing would be to download and install the respective dictionary extension. But some time ago a download link was posted in the lingucomponent board for testing/bug fixing purposes. The posting with the link can still be found. However I just checked the webpage http://ayaspell.sourceforge.net/ Currently it is not listed there. Thus is is probably not officially released... You should ask Mohamed Kebdani when it becomes available.
