Greetings from Texas,
The computer is running Win98 and is NOT on the internet. I downloaded the file to a computer that was on the internet and burned the file to a CD. This is what I used to install the system on the computer with the error.
I unpacked all the files to a directory on the new computer and ran the setup.exe program provided.
The installation seemed to go fine. No alarms and all the icons were created on the "Programs" menu just as they should.
However, when I attempt to run any of the Open Office modules (word processor, spreadsheet, etc.) I get the same error: SB68OMI.DLL file is linked to missing export OLEAUT32.DLL:204
I tried rebooting the system, removing the program (uninstall) and reinstall, and nothing seems to change. I searched for the OLEAUT32.DLL file and it IS in on the computer.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.
Thank you

HiKen,
it might sounds silly because the computer is not in the internet but it
might help:
Try to update the Internet Explorer to the latest version. This will
update the oleaut32.dll.
