[users] Error saving the text document

I'm testing OOo-dev3.0  DEV300m28
I found not possible to save a .odt document with an inserted picture .jpg
This way:
Insert - Picture - From File
xxx.jpg OK
File - Save

Error saving the document
Error in writing sub-document styles.xml
