OpenOffice and StarOffice are not the same. If you want help and support for Star Office please go to < http://www.sun.com/software/staroffice/index.jsp> and click the "Get Help" button under StarOffice. If you want to use OpenOffice, which we support here, you can download it from <www.openoffice.org>. It's completely free to download and to use. The latest version is 2.4.1 although version 3 is available in *Beta test* form. Support is also free - we are users around the world who volunteer time to help others. There are other support groups which you will find on the same web site. A lot of free documentation is also available from there. If you prefer you can go to the German web site <www.de.openoffice.org> from where you can download the German version of OpenOffice and also find the German speaking support groups and German language documentation. Impress is the presentation maker part of both StarOffice and OpenOffice. In both cases you must download and install the complete package.
