Do you mean enter **text** "dy over dx=f(x)y" or do you mean insert a
**formula** using Math?

There are two occurrences of the word "over" in what you showed us.
Which one do you mean here?
5. save document
6. Now, Bug? here, you will find the formula has turn to a block named
"Object 2"-like. And have no way to recover it.
