The difference between the 'works' and 'doesn't work' is the print range
settings. If you look at: Format|Print Ranges|Edit in 'works', you'll
see that there is no defined print range. If you look at it in 'doesn't
work' you'll find that the print range is defined as: $A$1:$I$223 (pages
1-7). Delete the print range and you can now print all 33 pages to PDF;
alternatively, define the ranges you wish to print and print those.
