Sorry, I misunderstood your complaint.
The theory is that all dictionaries are available from, and listed at
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Dictionaries.
However, as you have discovered, the practice is radically different
from the theory. (This is just one of umpteen problems with
distribution of dictionaries as extensions.)
