Since you can get OpenOffice for free from www.openoffice.org, there's no need for a demo. Just download it and install, at absolutely no cost. If by demo, you mean you want to show it to others, you might be interested in the portable version, from portableapps.com. You can install the portable version on a USB drive and then run it on any Windows computer. Either way, OpenOffice is a free download.
