I am trying to set up a general template for eBooks. I have set up two
pages with the First Page style and then a page with the Index style and
finally some pages with the Default page style.
For the page header, I have set up roman page numbers for the two First
Pages and the Index page and then restarted the page numbering from 1 in
arabic format for the Default pages.
So far so good. Then when I create the Table of Contents the page
numbers are correct for the default pages but they come out as arabic
numbers for the two first pages. How can I set the Table of Contents to
recognize that the First Page page numbers need to be displayed in
arabic format? I have tried everything I can see and I cannot make the
change. I can put arabic numbers before the headings I have in the table
of contents but I canot seem to be able to change the page numbers shown
in the TOC.
