Hi, some of our users reported that they get "read error", and a broken image on the logo image in the header from time to time. The logos are embedded into the page, so not just linked in from an external source. Sometimes it helps, when the user shuts of the OpenOffice completely and reopens the document, then the images shows up. Can it be that the box is too busy at the time opening the document, and there is a timeout on loading the image? Do I can somehow reload the image? I had the problem with OpenOffice 2.2, and upgraded to 2.4.0, but it still happens from time to time with the newer version too.
