That's too bad, as the doc needs a lot of work. I tryed this in fhs.odt;
I opened it with an archive manager and extracted the styles.xlm, then
with an xml editor (I used kate) I changed the WW8 styles that were
'Symbol' to 'Numeric Symbols'. I then put that styles.xlm back in to the
odt and for the most part it cleans up a lot of the WW8 list styles.
There are however, issues with some bullets rendering as Windings, some
sentences changing fonts mid-sentence etc., and the only way that you
can tell is if you safe the modified odt as a doc file and scroll through.

Overall I think that the document can be cleaned up & reformated
properly, but 330 pages will take you a few days to get it all corrected.
