I'm afraid the log is not useful - try to get the core backtrace:
- be sure you get a core dump (do "ulimit -c unlimited" before running openser) - once you get the core file, do "gdb openser core" (update the path to files if necessary).

looks like a double free - since the mem functions used by TLS are embedded, it quite hard to trace it. BTW, do you have the backtrace of the core? it will help until I'm able to reproduce the crash.
