you may use the subst() function from textops module
http://www.openser.org/docs/modules/1.1.x/textops.html#AEN124
or avp_pushto(), but you have to remove the entire header using
remove_hf() textops function.
I would say first approach may be easier.
NOTE that the changed over the contact hdr will not be seen by
save("location") function!!
