Hi,
there are two ways to deal with nat traversal:
1) on the client side by using STUN
2) on server side by using a media relay : see the nathelper or
mediaproxy modules in openser - in each directory you may find config
examples.

public IP to make call between 2 clients in 2 differents LANs, i
