yes...you are right on the matter - if you drop all branches, automatically TM will send a 500 Server Error as it didn't find any branch to relay.

using isdsturiset() doesn't server the purpose..it looks if the branch has an outbound proxy set...

I will put this issues on my TODO list and fix it ASAP.
