indeed, there is a problem with this Nero SIPPS IP Phone - even if it
receives
vsf=AAAAAAAAAAAfGgQRSQADBEkACyVdABUuaW1hZ2luZS5pZQ--
it sends
vsf=aaaaaaaaaaafggqrsqadbekacyvdabuuaw1hz2luzs5pzq--
so, it is case insensitive. The parameter is B64 encoding, so it is case
sensitive.
The RFC says that the a SIP UA must mirror unchanged all RR parameters
disregarding if it understands them or not.
