When acting as a stateless proxy (not using tm at all), the variable syn_branch have to be 0. syn_branch = 1 is meaningful only in case we use tm ?
And the documentation says the default value of syn_branch is 0 but the code initialize the variable to 1. I have to manually set it to 0.
