Hi,
you may install the libradiusclient-ng either from sources (see
http://openser.org/docs/openser-radius-1.0.x.html#radiusclient_ng_installation
for how to do it) or if you have debian, packages are available on the
project debian repository (see http://openser.org/download.php)
