Thank you for your quick answer. I have tried with db_use=0. In this case it does work but my clients don't show the change of presence. I think it depends on capability of SIP client too...

The presence support is being refurbished completely. Expect new code to be uploaded in the future, as we get the basics working. The old pa module is deprecated, none in working on it. Now we are following the latest specifications in this area with the new development, specifications which are quite heavy.
