Its now working here with Gaim (beta 3.1 with SIMPLE). on a Windows XP
and Linux Fedora Core 5 system. The only gottcha I see so far, and it
probably a Gaim issue, is you can not have more than one SIP domain
defined with OpenSER. the clients will register OK, the Gaim client
will register OK and SUBSCRIBE but clients PUBLISH doesnt make it to the
client ergo your "buddy"s all look "offline". However, even if they are
off line you can still chat with them. The bottomline is, as long as
there is only One defined domain (aka "OpenSER listen" port) it works
just fine. Oh, an this problem may just be a openser.cfg scripting
problem...checking it as I speak
