there were a lot of people asking about CPLEd, if it still available,
still under development, etc.....so here is a new release: CPLEd 0.4.0
"reborn"
The project was revived on SF:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/cpled/
documentation, CVS access, release downloads, tracker are available on
the project site. Also a new mailing list is available:
