OpenSER doesn't the Park calling Feature ,
you Should forward the Call to Asterisk Server,
UA--------->openser---------->Asterisk
in asterisk configuaration directory ...> /etc/asterisk.
in that directory , see the feature.conf and followme.conf (asterisk1.4).
