We are happy to announce the release of OpenTURNS 1.13 RC1.
This pre-release features calibration capabilities, new optimization algorithms, performance improvements and the mandatory bug-fixes: https://github.com/openturns/openturns/blob/v1.13rc1/ChangeLog
As usual your feedback is important for us to improve the quality of the final release due in a few weeks.
Conda and as well PyPI packages are available with "pip install openturns --pre". However module packages and the otconda bundle are not available for this release.
