Today we announce the release of OpenTURNS 1.15 rc1 today bringing half a year of work mainly on stability, performance. This pre-release features new svd solver for field metamodels (aka model reduction), ACA-random hmat compression method, and Ipopt optimization solver. As usual your feedback is important for us to improve the quality of the final release due in a few weeks. The usual binaries are available (Python 3.x only) except for the pypi packages that are only available on Linux at the moment (use "pip3 install openturns --pre"). Also note that the windows binaries do provide multi-threading now.
