1. This is not Virtuozzo support. If you are Virtuozzo customer, ask their support. If you are hosting customer -- ask you HSP support.
2. Steps of modifying a new Gentoo installation to adopt it to OpenVZ are described at http://wiki.openvz.org/Gentoo_template_creation (starting from the item #5). I can not guarantee they are applicable to Virtuozzo.
