Hi,
If you are using Ubuntu there should be a kernel-source-<version> package Install that package, go to /usr/src, patch the kernel with openvz und configure it to your needs. Compile it afterwards with make-kpkg (package: kernel-package) to get a kernel-image package and install it then.
