Hi Satish, I noticed a clue at http://forum.openvz.org/index.php?t=msg&goto=25544&&srch=%22no+route+to+ host%22#msg_25544 After flushing the iptables with the -F flag, I was able to properly connect to all machines and nslookup addresses, whereas like you I was only able to ping some addresses and only by IP instead of name before. I think when I setup the HN I replied "yes" to installing the firewall.
