>From your description, it sounds like you could just put in your preferred IP 
>address last, making it the "main" one.  You answered your own question.

In the unlikely event that you are constantly adding and removing IP addresses 
to your container, you'll have to redefine the main one over and over, but at 
least there's a way to do it.
