[Users] VZLinux 8, how to install vzctl, vzlist commands

Hi,

i just installed vzLinux 8
I want to run my containers `VE_LAYOUT="simfs"` on vzLinux8

i do not see any prlctl or vzctl/vzlist commands or rpms that provides them

Do not find any instruction on
