We have plenty of native Russian speakers on this list ;-) The short answer is that is that no one wrote a patch to Vdsm to let it recognize Scientific Linux. You are more than welcome to write such a patch. I suspect that you would need a (yet unpublished) SL6.2 in order to have oVirt work properly.
