I have tried using ovirt-setup again, but that does not help. I also have
tried: engine-config -l AdminPassword="password"
Have you tried engine-cleanup before engine-setup?
Did not want to do that because I am moving the DB from one box to
another. I ended up just manually putting the password in
/etc/ovirt-engine/engine.conf
