After some testing with the oVirt allinone install in KVM ( nested
virtualisation ) i have decided to use it on a "real" machine.
I have followed this guide:

After running the config-allinone install command i am getting the
error: utf8' codec can't decode byte 0xa0 in position 140: invalid
start byte.

Any idea what went wrong?
